Welcome Back!

Welcome Back Everyone...

In case you were wondering I had a great summer! Every summer I get the opportunity to meet hundreds of amazing new kids just like you as I direct basketball camps throughout the state of NH. I officiated some amazing hoop games and I even got away for a vacation at the beach. The beach was great! I got to go fishing, my oldest daughter (4) learned to boogie board and my youngest daughter (1) learned the pleasures of throwing sand and trying to get it everywhere...(it was fun for her but not so much everyone else) haha

As we enter our 2nd week of school lets try to remember a few things:
-sneakers are a must for gym class! (no shoes, sandals or flip flops)
-no dresses or long jewelry
-dress appropriate and comfortably (check the weather forecast)

With the Bicentennial cross country team off and running this week it reminds me of the necessity to stay hydrated... In hot weeks like this you need to drink plenty of water whether your on a sports team or not. As a rule of thumb if you find yourself getting thirsty...You're Already Dehydrated!

Next week we will be starting soccer.
The excitement of the World Cup has passed but here at Bicentennial we 're ready to start it back up again as I know many of you love the sport.

Todays magic # is 1
Because this is week 1 of the NFL... Game 1 of the season is complete, the Seahawks beat the Packers last night... Last year the Seahawks ended the season #1 over all. This year I'd like the Pats to end up #1 overall... Will it happen?
Lets hope Gronk stays healthy this year and we get at least 1 GRONK SPIKE this weekend in the end zone...
